01Are your products genuine?
Yes. We sell only 100% genuine products from trusted brands, and every purchase comes with a GST invoice.
02Why do some products show "From" or a price range?
Some products come in versions (a lens in different mounts, a memory card in different sizes, a camera body or kit). "From" is the lowest price, and a range covers every version. Open the product to see each option's price.
03Are the prices on the website final?
Prices are updated regularly, but camera prices change often. Each product shows when its price was last updated. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm the current price and availability.
04How do I buy?
Tap "Enquire on WhatsApp" on any product, or add several products to your enquiry list and send them together. We'll confirm price and availability, and you can collect from the store in Paldi or ask about delivery.
05Can I get a better price for a full kit?
Add everything to your enquiry list and send it on WhatsApp. We'll quote the whole kit together, which is usually the best way to get our best price.
06I'm a beginner. Can you help me choose?
Absolutely. Tell us your budget and what you want to shoot, and we'll suggest a camera and the few accessories you actually need.
07Can I try gear in the store?
Yes. Live demos are available in our Paldi store. Message us before you come and we'll keep the gear ready.
08Do you offer after-sales support?
Yes. We help with setup, firmware, accessories and service guidance after you buy.
09Where is Shree Sagar Sales?
